Another incredible project Im honored to be affiliated with. The new Bentonville Community Center will be a game changer for our city. Recent construction update: As the fall season flies by, we are seeing incredible progress at the Bentonville Community Center. When you drive by the building, you’ll be sure to see that the exterior brick masonry work is well under way. At this point, most of the interior drywall is up and the outlines of the rooms are really beginning to be defined and the team will soon begin painting. Excavation of the competitive pool is now complete and the walls of the leisure pool have been poured. We hope to finish pouring concrete in the competitive pool within the next couple of weeks. Amenities Family leisure pool, competitive pool, fitness center, lounge, dance/aerobics studio, gymnasium, indoor running track, community rooms, arts and craft room, child watch area, senior activity lounge, multi-purpose rooms, lobby, locker/dressing room, multi-purpose athletic fields, amphitheater, and more! Programs: Basketball, fitness, pickle ball, camps, badminton, volleyball, senior programming, swimming lessons, arts & crafts, swimming, dance, aquatics, drama, day trips, enrichments classes and more. Main Level Child Watch: Need something for your child to do while you’re at the center? In child watch, kids will play games and activities while parents work out. Lobby: Not everyone utilizing the community center wants to break a sweat. Our lobby offers the perfect opportunity to relax and hang out. You can check out a book from the public library kiosk, watch a game, read a magazine, or meet a friend. Multi-Purpose room: At 6,315 square feet, the multi-purpose room is perfect to host any event! This large room includes a stage, dance floor, and catering kitchen making it ideal for a wedding reception or a family reunion. The room can be divided into 3 separate rooms creating a great place for a meeting or a small group gathering. Fitness track: Check out the action on the basketball court below as you walk around our 100 meter 2 lance fitness track. Gymnasium: This full court gym accommodates basketball, volleyball, pickle ball games and more! Leisure Pool: The zero depth entry pool will be the place to play for patrons of all ages. Featuring water slides, an adventure river, play structures, lap swim, and a party room available for reservations. Competitive Pool: This 25x25 competition pool will host meets for teams including Bentonville Parks and Recreation, Bentonville and Bentonville West High Schools and NWAA Sharks. Locker/Dressing room: Complete with restrooms, showers, and lockers, we have created a one-stop facility for patrons to utilize as they prepare for their workout or for the re of their day. In addition, the facility features 5 family-friendly dressing rooms. Fitness: Our 6,678 square foot fitness center was designed for those who live to be active and healthy. Patrons can meet with our fitness professionals to design individual workout plans or workout on your own with more than 60 pieces of state-of-the-art equipment.
