Another jar of fresh tomato paste for cooking pasta. 4 large tomatoes and 1 carrot - juice and pulp, all done by my mom. Cook paste with garlic, onion, minced meat (we used pork) and lots of button mushroom. Season with salt, black pepper, thyme or any favourite herb. The result is home-made, healthy pasta. My kids loved it last weekend. Thank you folks in this group for sharing this recipe. All hail clean, healthy eating. ;-)
