Another little local gem is opening in downtown CR. Bistro on the River is a beautiful space that will serve breakfasts and lunches as well as beer, wine, coffee, coffee drinks and pastries! We went to the soft opening last night and had three different appetizers and loved all of them. The owner is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and is such a savy young business woman. They officially open tomorrow morning. Please support another locally owned business in CR. We all need your help!
