Another maybe unpopular opinion: Death is pretty final. We sit here and watch people we have known forever, maybe even went to school with, slowly committing suicide. Thats right, suicide. But many people just join in, and push the realities aside, under the guise of having fun. Then when those super partying friends of ours finally die (drug overdoses, cirrhosis of the liver, and all that other good stuff that comes from massive self abuse over the years) everyone gets all upset, so they wail and gnash their teeth, and then go right back to drinking and drugging themselves silly in memory of said friends. So those people we all cared about so much who died, their death meant nothing??? Oh yea, I get it, THEY did something worse than you and that wont happen to you because you are so smart/cool/more in control....... Whatever. There are a lot of different levels. But its all the same. Lose your life, lose your family, what does it matter as long as you had fun right?..... SMH. If thats all ya got, stop using up our air/food/space and just get it over with already. SOME of us know what a blessing it is to be alive.
