Another music throwback. I used to grow up on that kind of stuff. Listening to the music that used to inspire me back when i was teenage and with new perspective on the whole bumpy road that I had gone through with my family, all the hard work for last decade and a half - it gets me to appreciate where Im at today. It also gets me to set the bar even higher. Ive never felt so energized to push myself to new limits and I would never be if not for that uncomfortable notion of how much stuff still has to be done and how little time is left, often hitting the wall, sometimes with just pure shitty grind just to get through creative obstacles that often time ends up with painful failures. Any even tiny achievement after all that tastes like a huge victory and its the most wonderful feeling. I have that with art, jiu-jitsu and life in general.
