Another nice letter from satisfied customers. Well done Liam May, you once again went the extra mile. On behalf of the Staff and Guests of the Senior Citizens Days Respite Centre, I would like to make a special mention to you about one of your staff (driver) members. On the 30th April, this year, we hired one of your coaches and went to Jamieson Park at Scarborough on the Redcliffe Peninsula for a day trip. Our driver for the day was Liam. All those who were in the coach commented on what a wonderful trip we had. Firstly, the comfort of the coach was excellent, and secondly, the driver - Liam - was exceptional. Everyone felt extremely safe and his manners and helpfulness were second to none. We at the Centre, would like to formally thank Liam for making our day trip to the coast pleasant and relaxing. I as the Activities Coordinator feel that people today are quick to complain about a service, however seldom give compliments. I definitely think Liam needs a compliment for the effort he gave to make our frail aged clients bus trip more comfortable and enjoyable. Kind Regards, Helen Finlay
