Another one gone, a real shock, Chris White a UK songwriter, harmony lover writer and singer of one of my favourite ever pop songs Spanish Wine, a hit back in 1976. I remember Capital Radio DJ Roger Scott loved that record and gave it lots of airplay, sadly it seems that it peaked at 37 which isnt great I know, but to me it was a smash because I liked it so much, a class song great lead vocal, lovely harmonies and great chord changes from the verse to the chorus ---- exquisite. Chris White a class act sadly gone to the great harmony band in the sky, our loss their gain. RIP Chris White.
