Another one of those strange tropical storm systems is developing by Central America and the Northwest Caribbean Sea with a 30% chance of developing into a tropical cyclone over the next 48 hours. It is expected to move inaldn over Belize and the Yucatan Peninsula Monday afternoon JuJu Perry and Sandra Maloney Chandler, so expect some heavy rains down that way. Any further developments, I will let you know.
