Another point of view on Black Friday : Did you know that I dont even know anyone who went to a Black Friday Sale the educated and informed around me in the USA are not lead around by more THINGS. They are more concerned with their spiritual growth and the giving to the poor than selfish pursuits like these. There is no doubt that there is an ignorant part of our society who behaves in this manner, but, we must be careful not to paint all Americans with the same broad strokes. I guess what Im really trying to say is that it hurts me to see this selfish and embarassing behavior on the parts of some affect the whole of the United States. There are many people protesting the Grand Jurys decision not to indite the police officer who shot a twelve year old black boy than there are people shopping. In fact they are blocking Black Friday Sales with their own bodies.
