Another puzzling case of mass killing in Ukraine has claimed lives of 12 civilians in a bus near a check point in the central government controlled area of Donbas. This killing has been immediately attributed by the Ukrainian President, the US State Department and the Ukrainian and Western media to a Grad rocket attack by separatists without any evidence presented with the exception of videos. The president of Ukraine used this killing to justify his order for a new wave of military mobilization and to expand a transport blockade of the separatist-held areas of Donbas. Both the evidence and experts, such as the OSCE observer mission, are easily available to determine a specific type and a general direction of a weapon that hit the civilian bus.
