Another reason I love my job.... Two weeks ago an old student of mine was outside the restrooms crying. I asked what was wrong. His answer was I was trying to tear this tag off and it made a hole Im my shirt. Its my favorite shirt. I told him not to cry Ill fix it. I went to my class and got tape and pulled it together so it wouldnt year anymore. I told him bring it back tomorrow and I will sew it. After school he showed his mom and he told her Mrs. King will fix it. Remember this was two weeks ago, to he comes in today and hands me his torn shirt. So I asked a coworker of she had her sewing kit and she did. I sat in cheerleading practice and mended his shirt. When I finished he was leaving with his mom. I ran out to give it to him his mom had no idea he brought the shirt to school. I learned a lesson too. Be careful what you say to the lil ones they will hold you to it. The huh he gave me was worth every stick in my finger from that needle. Love ya Hunter
