Another recipe and some information on weight loss for you to try on for size- Peanut Butter Pumpkin Seeds Banana Rasperries Strawberries Greek Yoghurt Soya Milk Now, alot of people have asked why i drink or eat late at night. Simple really, my mind understands time, routine etc but my body is CONSTANTLY in a state of metabolic requirement. It only understands survival, not times of day. This basically means that the work i have done during the day (my job & lifestyle being very active) means that there is a debt to pay my body to function (Baseline metabolic requirement to power vital organs etc) and THEN the excess debt (Exercise, Teaching etc) has to be accounted for aswell or my body will cannibalize muscle tissue to compensate. This is one of the reasons i get annoyed by people cutting out food to lose weight and tone up. All you are losing is muscle and water, not fat. This is because muscle tissue requires energy to sustain it. Fat does NOT. The body gets rid of what is not essential. So there is no muscle to actually get toned....See where this is going? Anyways....Because my body is tired it needs to shut down (Sleep) and its during this period that the repair work is done. To repair your body, it needs nutrients.Hence the fuel Before you say well wont you wake up later if you eat late? Theoretically YES, if you leave a sedentary lifestyle. However, my lifestyle is very physically demanding so the only reason i ever really wake up in the night is because i am HUNGRY and so to counteract this i provide my body with the necessary fuel to carry out these repairs. Thus preparing my body for the next day....And thats why i eat before i go to bed.....Still confused about why you arent losing weight by cutting calories? Message me or comment below...Cheers
