Another rewarding closing today. A couple hit some tough times because of a health issue that eventually left Mr Buyer permanently disabled. They were about to lose their house but were able to work out a short sale deal with their mortgage company but were then left with no home. Through a privately sponsored non-profit they were qualified to buy a new home despite their financial issues. My challenge was finding them a house on a limited budget, functional for a person in a wheelchair and get it done in about 30 days. Thanks to my patient and open minded buyers we closed on their new St. Paul home today.
