Another sad day for our U.S. fighting forces. Taliban insurgents (remember those guys) in Afghanistan today, Monday declared the defeat of the U.S. and its allies in the 13-year-old war, a day after the coalition officially marked the end of our combat mission. It gives me no pleasure to say again what I have been saying for decades now, That the United States has been unable to win a war since WWII. Ever since our defeat of the Japanese and Germanys in WWII, We have allowed politicians to decide how we would fight our battles. Since that time we have not won a war. Today, we add yet another defeat - Afghanistan. We have the greatest, bravest, smartest and best equipped fighting force in history. But winning wars takes more then skill and money as we have painfully experienced. We will not win, We cannot win so long as we offend and insult the God of heaven as a nation. The LORD is a Man of war. The LORD is His Name and no politician can take His place. reuters/places/afghanistan
