Another satisfied Home Buyer Mission Complete! Very recently I stumbled upon Julie on Trulia and its the best phone call ever made. Just as I was readying my condo to put up for sale, a home in Harwinton, where I was looking, was posted and we jumped on it. I was not only thrilled to get the bid but Julie knew the full potential and value of the home. Now that I had my new home, I had to sell my condo quickly. Within a month my condo was sold and I was on my way to living in the country again with no worry of carrying two mortgages.
