Another short video I took of wild horses in Wyoming running and living free on public lands as they should be in. These horses are part of the White Mountain herd and we spotted them on the Pilot Butte scenic wild horse tour in southwestern WY. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is the gov agency charged with protecting wild horses on public lands but they are betraying the horses and brutally rounding then up, ripping them from their family groups and stuffing them into wild horse prisons where many are sold to slaughter it ranchers. There are only about 41,000 wild horses left living free in the US--a dismally lie number that will lead to extinction. Cattle and sheep ranchers are allowed to steal a majority of public lands to graze the animals they will then slaughter, and bully the BLM to remove the few horses left on these lands. Its a crime and Friends of Animals is working to get North American wild horses listed under the Endangered Species Act so that the sadistic roundup and removals wont be allowed and the horses will be protected by law.
