Another shout out to one of our fabulous finalists from 2012...Kevin Duffy, Dynamic Leadership Finalist, for his dedication to the library service and for seeing the star quality in those around him. As well as managing several library refurbishments last year, Kevin was also heavily involved in the Shard project (and actually won the Excellent Service Delivery Chamberlain Award 2012 with his team). Furthermore, he is bringing his creativity to the role and engaging with local communities to bring new activities to the library service including forthcoming cinema events. Most definitely a ‘dynamic leader’.
