Another successful elk hunt we just had to share. Thanks to Chris Swanson for sending us these pictures and for letting us know how his Badlands pack is performing. Chris said: I really put the 2200 to the test on a 10 day horseback archery elk hunt. We were in the salmon river area of Idaho, known to be brutal and unforgiving. There was an instance on the trip when a buckle strap got caught on a log and while my pack was hanging off the side of the horse. The strap held, and in fact, halted the entire pack string! Strength! I am not exaggerating one bit when I say the 2200 kept me alive and well. I was able to comfortably carry everything I needed for outings and spike camps. I killed a bull in a very steep and deep drainage, so having a quality pack to get the meat out was invaluable. Thank you for your support!
