Another tip for healthy not dieting: drink lots of WATER! water makes you feel full and helps your body flush out all the junk you dont want in your system. Try starting your day by drinking one or two cups of water before you do anything else and drink . Also, if youre trying to control how much you eat, at meals, take a drink of water after every bite and stop eating when you feel full. (Put aside anything scrumptious for later and let yourself enjoy it in small bites.) Water will help you feel full much faster.
