Another very-very nice day for clamming...My friend Jerry and I both got our limit of 10 large Pismo clams each in about 30-45 minutes...when Im having fun I lose track of time. The weather on Coronado was sunny and warm with a slight breeze...the ocean was a bright blue, the sky was a marbled blue and white... the tide was a very low minus 1.87 feet at 2:37 PM great for clamming...the waves knocked me off my feet a few time, and I can really feel it in my right knee this morning...:) Today the clams will be steamed open, battered, and fried, french fries, garlic bread and salad..all this will be prepared by Jerry on his 40 ft. cabin cruiser...Jerry is an ex fireman, a fireman can take very few ingredients and still make a great meal....another wonderful day in San Diego Ca. with locally caught fresh seafood...Thank you Jesus ! :)
