Comfortable, confident, valued Psssst... think about the situation being flipped… Its important to be aware of your body language, tone of voice, and communication style. Why? because its the difference between making someone feel A or B. Im writing this post because I dont want you to miss an opportunity to watch the confidence webinar I did that specifically talked about non verbal cues… but heres the deal, itll be gone in the morning.
