Anthromorphic robotics has hit the Alpha Barrier! In other words: Humanoid Robotics is advancing in super speed! As we speak, there are robots that can be used for various purposes, which look like humans. They can walk, run, crawl, climb stairs and ladders,, lift Heavy objects, operate mechanical instruments, do fine motoric tasks in to the end of their fingertips with the most delicate objects and even think and make decisions on their own! There is an international race with the US, Japan, Korea and various private companies and public agencies all competing to create the perfect machine. There is a Japanese Company creating the Heavy loader exo-sceleton from the Movie Alien which Sigourney Weaver used to fight the mother Alien and Another Company which is actually called CyberDyne, yes, CYBERDYNE just like in the Terminator Movies which has created an autonomous robot called HAL.. sound familiar?
