Antibiotic resistance poses a major global threat to public health, says a new report by the World Health Organization. It analyzed data from 114 countries and said resistance was happening now in every region of the world. And the animal we eat consume 80% of antibiotics, while eating corn regulated by the EPA as a pesticide. We are so much smarter than this, and it is time to build a better food system.
