Anxiety in the heart of man causes depression but an encourage word makes it glad Proverbs 12:25 This is one of my everyday scripture verses. I keep saying this to myself over and over again because the hustle and bustle of life can weigh you down with so many cares. One thing I absolutely love about having a relationship with Jesus Christ is the peace that He gives. When the cares of life start to overwhelm me I have to remind myself of 1Peter 5:7 (Amplified) Casting the whole of your care [all your anxieties, all your worries, all your concerns, once and for all] on Him, for He cares for you affectionately and cares about you watchfully. I have to remind myself that God cares for me watchfully and affectionately. I have to remind myself that God faithfully takes care of grass which is sprouts up today and is gone tomorrow and all His wonderful animals are well feed and they do not work. I am of more worth to Him than grass and animals and He promises to take care of me ( see Matt6:25-34) Lastly Jesus gives a wonderful invitation He says " Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." I have had a relationship with Jesus for 14 years and the peace that Jesus gives when I cast my care is a peace that nothing in this world can every compare to and it is of immeasurable value more than money any material possession. You know what tonight as I go to bed I will be taking Jesus up on His offer because I need more peace , I need the rest that Jesus gives.......The Good News is His invitation is open to you ..........
