Any DIY folks out there? Im not far from having the packing out of this house completed. Then we move to the fun stuff. Im looking for tried and true tips for quick and easy removal of lead based paint. Its cracking and peeling off throughout the house and needs to go. I also need ideas for removal of old wallpaper. Im talking about the kind of paper that has a cheesecloth type backing behind it. And then I need cheap remodeling ideas. I have one ceiling with styrofoam tiles that several of the squares were damaged but its such old tile that Ill have to replace the entire ceiling because Ill never find a match for it. And one ceiling that has shredded wallpaper (with cheesecloth) that needs to come down and be redone. Throw me some ideas and remember easy and cheap are important. Im a poor girl LOL
