Any Day Soiree TIP: Fancy up any dip type item (salsa, tapenade etc) by serving it in fruit and vegetable cups. Think hollowed out peppers or tomatoes. Just slice the bottom of it first to make it square. This will prevent dips / salsas from wabbling and tipping over. It looks so pretty and impressive. The brighter the color, the better. After the party is done, rinse them out and make a stew or soup.
