Any mid tribber or Post tribber...ATTENTION If you are trying to use matthew 24 to validate your belief,take another look at verse 3...Mat 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? Are the disciples asking when the end of the world may be,or are they asking when is the meeting in the air as 1Th 4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. The 2nd coming of christ is clearly explained that he will set foot on the Mt. of Olives in Zec 14:4 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south. So again,the disciples are asking for the sings of thy coming,and since the Jews require a sign,the 2 witnesses mentioned in the book of revelations will give them plenty of signs and wonders. The time of Jacobs trouble is mentioned in jer 30:7 where God turns his attention over to Israel and will be like no other time. MOST of Israel will stay for the tribulation since they never accepted Jesus Christ as their Messiah. 1% of Jews are saved in Israel as of today.So the disciples never asked when the meeting in the air will be,but they did ask when will the end be and what are the sgins. Since the Jews require signs and wonders as of today,Jesus gave them that answer. It is simply written but widely missinterpreted by mid trib and post tribbers.
