Any of you listen to Nick Reed this morning? Dui check points. Addresses the issues are more a matter of policy than actions of officers and to a point i have to agree. However, listening to the audio of a dui incident it sounded like a major breech of the 4th amendment and the enforcement by coercion under the color of law to acquire information. I have a pretty good idea that if the officer involved were to be asked why he chose that approach he would answer that he was just doing his job. Where have we heard that before: Nuremberg Trials.
