Any offset in our taxes from potential commercial real estate - TopicsExpress

Any offset in our taxes from potential commercial real estate development isnt going to be immediate; the results will take time. Our infrastructure is deteriorating: the answers are not supported by many homeowners faced with the difficult choice of more tax burden or a better future for Milton and Milton Mills. Soon, we will have NOTHING TO OFFER prospective new residents to entice them to choose us. Inadequate roads. Antiquated town vehicles. Deteriorating town structures, unsupported Fire and Police personnel, perhaps no Free Public Library, Public Works in shambles. Regardless of the outcomes of next weeks election, these problems are not going to disappear. At next year election, not only will they still exist, they will be worse for wear. Rest assured, they will cost more. Small answers, nickel and dime suggestions for $300 here, cut this budget by $10,000 there, are not ever going to place Milton in possible running for future development by industry, or restaurants, when we dont have what they need to locate here. Please support the future of this beautiful piece of New Hampshire and vote on the 11th for the passage of crucial warrant articles. Thank you.
