Any player that is suspended or disqualified from any ECHO tournament will also be banned from participating in events hosted by: PHA, West 4th, Mousie, Shentah, Heavy Hitters, and Casamento Ballers. ECHO determines player rankings based on tournament results and street player credibility. A “C” player achieves “B” status if he places 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, 3 times in a “C” tournament, one time in an Open or B tournament, or twice in a B/C tournament all within one season. We have the right to decline players based on skill level, regardless of tournament wins. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated...any player who throws the ball at any time due to anger will be disqualified with no refund...no warning will be needed. Verbal disrespect to your opponent or any officials will result in warning, deduction of points and finally disqualification. In order for a ref/linesmen change to occur, all four players must agree on the change, or a 3-1 vote in favor of the change...or it doesnt happen.
