Any recommendations on bread machines? I see the Cuisinart CBK-100 has a Gluten Free setting and a couple of blogs say its the best for GF baking. GF baking at home is challenging for me and a friend recommended I invest in a machine to at least take the environmental variable conditions out of the delicate equation. My husband misses bread literally more than anything. He cannot stomach any more store bought GF sliced bread and my baking attempts are turning out mediocre.
