Any teams interested in some practice cooks?The one I attended last year at Ryan Grobs place worked pretty well. 6 judges paid $30 each, Ryan bought the meat, we met at his house and ran it like a mini comp. The judges split the leftovers and everyone was happy. We could involve different areas, different judges etc, so any team that may want to tweak their flavor profile can do so.If there is an area that could handle maybe 2 or 3 teams might work better, just throwing it out there. I believe there was one held in the springs or pueblo also.
