Any time a Woman raises her voice to me, speaks harshly or mockingly toward me (such as making fun of my appearence, voice, behaviour, faults or past), smarts off toward me or acts like she is trying to hurt my feelings or something, I have learned to REFUSE to get defensive in anyway toward her, and I learned that the hard way because I got smart back with Women before and accidently hurt their feelings very badly and had to be a real Man and personally apologize to them. This does not mean I am being a doormat for people to step on or that I do not respect myself enough to defend myself. It just means I recognize Womens feelings. She might be having a bad day or be going through a rough time. She might need to cool off and have some time by herself. Women are not inferior to Men, but Women are very delicate and more emotional than Men are and react to things differently because God made us all different.
