Anybody ever have any problems with the ignition switch on a - TopicsExpress

Anybody ever have any problems with the ignition switch on a Centech harness? Its been in the garage since July. And when I tried to start it the battery was completely dead. Put a charger on it for a couple hours and the battery would not hold a charge. So I got a new battery and got it to start but it would not keep running. I found my ignition fuse blown. I put a new fuse in it and it started right up. So I took it for a short ride (bikini top and 18 degrees brrr....) when I turned the key off it just kept running. I ended up shutting the fuel off and let it stall out. Then I disconnected the battery. There must be a problem with the switch but I have never come across a problem like this before.
