Anybody got any forms of marketing that have worked for them - TopicsExpress

Anybody got any forms of marketing that have worked for them recently that they would recommend. We get most of our work from word of mouth, social media and lead generation sites (although the latter is very hit and miss). Really looking for traditional on/off line things that work. Local business magazines have given us zero enquiries, a 10,000 targeted leaflet drop yielded zero enquiries and various other things such as featuring on PRUH maps and leaflets have given nothing. For the last two years (except for the leaflet drop) we have basically not used any traditional form of advertising. I have recently been recommended Yell by a local business who get all of their work from there though their business is more of a distress call out (mechanic) where as ours most definitely isnt! Does anyone have any thoughts or would like to advise what is working for them?
