Anybody know how to remove a sliver of splinter from the middle layer of skin? Got most of it out last night with a sanitized needle but now I have a small gaping hole in my finger, so I dont wanna go back in. Had a Band-Aid with Neosporin on it overnight and now I am soaking my finger in saltwater. Ben Robinson thinks I am crazy because he doesnt see anything there but Im telling you I can see that sliver!!! He told me to leave it alone so I did .....just sitting here soaking my hand right now.
