We are looking to recruit an assistant for the retailer’s team; this person will be working closely with the Retailers Manager & Marketing Manager in assisting with Database, Administrative and Marketing tasks on top of assisting in telemarketing and providing daily reports of their activity. Responsibilities: • Building customer relations • Database updating • Answering all phone calls from the main line – answering basic questions regarding the upcoming show (meaning you must be knowledgeable about details of the show season) • Daily managing of info/attendee email accounts • Weekly reporting for registration department • Assisting with pre-show/post-show tasks • On show-site customer relations Skills: • Proficient knowledge of Excel • Extremely comfortable on the phone • Personable • Efficient time management • Ability to multi-task Compensation/Timing: • 3 to 4 days a week (Preferably Monday, Wednesday, Friday) • October 1st 2013 – March 31st • Offer school credit • Strong Recommendations This would be a great opportunity for a business/marketing major looking to work within the fashion industry!
