Anybody out there want to sell this guy a dog????? This is an email I got yesterday.... When would you expect to have pups ready in the spring/summer? What advantage do you see by buying one of your pups versus a 500=700 dollar pup? I have had a few bassets over the years. The last one a beagle basset mix died a month ago. Slipped a disk in his back. I have been heartbroken since losing him. Will be a while before I get another one. My first basset was a classic which I paid 250 for back in 97. Unfortunately he liked to run with his son and and that was my second Basset tradgedy. A neighbor absent mindedly ran over a pup I got for breeding when he raced out of my driveway. The third one was a dumb basset hound which wouldnt stay home. So in brief I have had my share of heartbreaks owning bassets. I briefly looked over your website and looked at the sires. Do you know which dogs you plan on breeding for your upcoming litter in the spring? Appreciate any info you might want to share with me. Thankyou Dean
