Anyhow huntum : anyhowhantam.blogspot.sg/2014/10/roy-ngerng-han-hui-hui-face-music-while.html Ms Han has lied so much that shes lost track of her earlier lies. Shes made so many wild fantasy allegations that it needed to be put to her. She was aware of the YMCA event, she was aware of the reasons for it, she was aware of their tentage, she was aware that Minister Teo would be attending and wanted her protestors to confront him (in her exchange with the YMCA CEO she had questioned why no WP MPs were invited), she did suggest to interrupt and impose herself and her fellow protestors on them, she was aware that there are conditions in regards to her permit (shes applied and had permits approved before, shes obliged to know its terms), she was aware that a march always requires a permit or permission. All this she revealed on her Facebook (FB) page in the days before the event and on video. And despite her denials, she was aware that Mr Chia was from the NParks, she was aware of the Police Officers (warrant card produced). Her actions in this video is undeniable. But thereafter, she cherry picks some unrelated Laws to try and feign ignorance and innocence. (She used the Act for security guards to use on ASP Chong and the Police, and used TRS to dig up the section of impersonating a public servant -Sec 170, to accuse Mr Chia). Its a piss poor and laughable attempt. How can Mr Chia be impersonating a public servant, when he is already one? How can ASP Chong be a security guard? In that video, you can see her defiance and refusal to comply, but buried herself when she produced her permit to Mr Chia, followed him to the notice board, listened to his explanations and pleadings. Her actions betrayed the fact she knew Mr Chia and ASP Chong were the real deal. If she had any doubts about Mr Chias authority, what should she have done? All she needed to do is ask ASP Chong to once again confirm Mr Chias identity and designation. Or she could have asked Mr Chia to the police post barely 50 m away to verify his identity with the uniformed officers there. And if she wanted to call Mr Ravi during her interview, why did she not call him on that day? All she needed to do was call Mr Ravi, explain to him what shes been told by Mr Chia and the Police and sought his legal advise. Mr Ravi could have easily ascertained for her their identities and their powers. He would have told her to comply or call off the protest and advised her how to make a complaint or bring the matter up to the courts if need be. All this she could have done and should have done, she didnt do, whose fault is it?
