Anyone clever here that knows how Google can know the position/size of elements on a page they crawl? For example, Google give less value to links in the footer than links in the main content. Or Google prefer sites that dont push the content below the fold with ads. The only way I can figure out to do this is to render the page. But I really doubt that Google renders billions of pages every day. Do they? Anyone dare to take a guess of how Google does this?
