I am writing to let you know that an appeal has been made to the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the above site. The appeal follows the refusal of planning permission by the Council. The appeal is to be determined on the basis of an exchange of written statements coupled with a site visit. This means that you will be given the opportunity to submit representations on the appeal. We have forwarded all the representations made to us on the application to the Planning Inspectorate and the appellant. These will be considered by the Inspector when determining the appeal. If you wish to make comments, or modify/withdraw your previous representation, you can do so on the Planning Portal at planningportal.gov.uk/pcs or by emailing [email protected]. If you do not have access to the internet, you can send three copies to: Tracy Warry, The Planning Inspectorate, Room 3/05, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square, Bristol, BS1 6PN. All representations must be received by 6th February 2015. Any representations submitted after the deadline will not usually be considered and will be returned. The Planning Inspectorate does not acknowledge representations. All representations must quote the appeal reference. Please note that any representations you submit to the Planning Inspectorate will be copied to the appellant and this local planning authority and will be considered by the Inspector when determining the appeal. The appeal documents are available for inspection during normal office hours at the Town Hall. You should telephone the above number to make an appointment to view the files before calling. This will ensure that the documents are available to you.
