I am writing to let you know that an appeal has been made to the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the above site. The appeal follows the refusal of planning permission by the Council. The appeal is to be determined on the basis of an exchange of written statements coupled with a site visit. This means that you will be given the opportunity to submit representations on the appeal. We have forwarded all the representations made to us on the application to the Planning Inspectorate and the appellant. These will be considered by the Inspector when determining the appeal. If you wish to make comments, or modify/withdraw your previous representation, you can do so on the Planning Portal at planningportal.gov.uk/pcs or by emailing [email protected].
