Anyone else have any fork seal issues? I bought a 2005 feejer last summer with 19k miles. My previous bike, a Kawasaki Concours, had super leaky fork seals and was a big bother to me. I asked explicitly if the forks were in good shape and the seller said yes, but less than 1000 miles there was a leak. I bought a Sealmate, a tool you slide in the seal to remove dirt, and it seemed to work for about 6 months until just now. The brake side fork is leaking pretty bad and after a few applications of the Seal Mate I am having no luck. Is it very difficult to change the seals myself or expensive to have it done in the shop? Any advice is appreciated.
