Anyone else have sciatica? If so how do you relieve the debilitating pain? I have severe sciatica on top of the fractured lower back, on top of the fibromyalgia and I am at my wits end. I can not move without pain & I am NOT a whiner... I handle my shit but this feels as if a branding iron is going down my lower spine, stabbing into my hip, butt & pelvic area and finally traveling down my left leg. I am in a constant state of tears though I dont show it on here, I cant take it anymore... I try to stay my jovial self & not burden others with my problems but people, I am grasping onto the last straw here... I need advice, any you have to give that could help me.
