INGREDIENTS: 2/3 cup cannabis-infused olive oil 1 1/3 cup ketchup 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup white sugar 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp red wine vinegar 1 tbsp prepared yellow mustard 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 1/4 tsp paprika 2 lbs ground beef 2 tsp minced onion 2 tbsp soy sauce Hamburger buns METHOD: Mix together the water, white sugar, ketchup, salt, mustard, cannabis-infused olive oil, brown sugar, vinegar, pepper, and paprika in a large saucepan over low heat. Do not let boil but keep warm. In a separate large pan, cook and stir the ground beef, onion and soy sauce over medium-high heat until the beef is fully cooked. Drain the fat from the beef. Stir the beef into the sauce and continue to heat together on low for another ten minutes. Create your sloppy joe (toasted buns are best for sure) and enjoy!
