Anyone here from #BombaySweets? Yesterday at an event, Mr. D D Ghoshal was saying how they brought about product innovation in their juice-pack. A child dropped his straw on the floor at store and was about to pick it up to use but was stopped by his mother. Bombay Sweets developed a new packaging with the straw inside to address this issue. Loved the concept. Ajke try korte giye, have a few feedback: (1) lots of technique involved in opening the pack. I did steps 1 & 2, then my fingers got slippery, so had to do steps 3 & 4 with my teeth. Too irritating if u need a manual for opening a simple juice-pack. (2) the first pack we opened didnt have any straw inside it. We couldnt tell at first, coz te place where the straw should have been had a long strip-like lump and hence seemed like chilo. So pls do set up random quality checks in ur packing facility. (3) the straw goes only 3/4th of the way down. Edik odik tilt koreo couldnt reach the bottom. (4) the lower portion is a bit heavy. So unless u shake the product, u dont know if youve finished it or not (given the length of the straw, tanleo kichu ashe na). Some people will perhaps throw it away w/o finishing and later complain that the pack does not contain as much liquid as it should. I had the lime flavored juice and Id say not bad. Something Ill have again.
