Anyone in Oceanside? If you can help in any way.... PleAse Read: !! Recently, I moved & was supposed to rent, all my Eggs in 1 basket after searching & finding garbage for the price, & not much out there. However I was told 2 days ago the man was not able to rent yet as the previous tenants left it in such bad shape that they did not have running water (etc*...) to his knowledge until they left. I also found out he is a scammer & :( more. I stopped looking when I found this place, not long ago, a few weeks... Still looked back ups .. as it was affordable to me 1300-1350$ as a single mother of a great 13 yr old boy. Anyway, I have a day, to move & exhausted all options. In order to keep my Son , in my care, it is in my custody agreement he resides & finishes school in Oceanside . Thus living and renting there. Although this is in my agreement I put it there as my ex ...was the one who had changed his school , prior & I have custody. I was married a long time, almost 2 decades, & a very stable lady. Im looking to rent 1-2 rooms for a month, permanent ... Anything for a lease thats between the price range I have in mind so we can all live. I work, he goes to school & is with me Mon-Thurs. We are not home a lot. Can anyone help me? Does anyone know of someone willing to rent short or long until oct 1st or, maybe have a place?
