Anyone in need of a free cell phone and 250 minutes monthly I can help as long as noone else in the household has a free cell and minimum requirements are met. The person has to be 18 or older. One per household (definition of a household is one or more people living together sharing expenses. So a brother and sister living together under one roof both over 18 paying their own bills qualifies as 2 households for an example) The person also qualifying for the phone must have someone in their household receiving state or federal benifits or proof of low income. Also an ID is needed. ACCEPTED PROOFS (1 needed only) ●ACCHS card or Aproval letter ●Food stamp card or approval letter ●Section 8 housing proof ●Aps bill showing a % being reduced off the total ●Proof of low income at or below 150% of the federal poverty level (depends on household size) 2014 W-2 is proof, the past 3 months of income no gaps inbetween. SSI awards letter, social security income awards letter, or pension letter showing the income. All of these again must be at or below 150% of the federal poverty level which is determined by the amount of people in your household.
