Anyone interested in helping out for a benefit on Saturday, August 17th – please contact me! I can use ANYONE who wishes to volunteer their time & effort. I know it’s short notice, but I also know that my God can do anything!! A list of some things needed follows: -Items for a silent auction – handmade items, homemade items, gift certificates, retail/vendor/consultant items [purses, jewelry, clothing, hair bows, Avon, or anything else], etc… -Pies, cakes, cupcakes or any other dessert for a dessert (cake) walk -Face painters -Overseers for children’s games -Anyone willing to loan a tent or canopy (OR TWO) for a few hours, please let me know! -If you have friends that would be interested in donating or serving, please give them my number or help me get into contact with them. -Food servers -Sweets for our dessert table If you would just like to come and listen to music, that’s fine, too! I am willing to travel to pick up any donated items. I will also make a special note on each item so that it will be known who donated it and what the item retails for. If you have a friend/relative/acquaintance/long lost third cousin who would be interested in donating or helping out, please have them contact me, or help me to get in contact with them.
