Anyone interested in my hx40 hybrid? Its a custom build of my own and is made up of the following: WH1C v-band hx40 4 compressor housing H1D .64 exhaust housing modified to 3 v-band 60mm exducer Recently rebuilt with new bearings* This turbo makes [email protected] on my stagea. Very responsive. It makes 1.2bar by 3400rpm and 1.5bar by 3700rpm The bad bit: Although it was rebuilt recently, there was a small score on the turbine shaft on the exhaust side. So occasionally after leaving to idle for a while it can puff a bit of smoke. I will be pricing the turbo with the cost of a replacement shaft in mind costing £50. Im happily running it as it is, it only smokes once in a blue moon but I wanted to be 100% honest. Im looking for £450 firm. Ive my eyes on a replacement turbo so looking for a swift sale. Or none at all. Im just heading to get it nearer 600hp in the future.
