Anyone interested in this Bmw e36 sr20det, tax till june, mot till December. £2800 i will break the engine conversion, so you will get the full conversion inc everything needed to convert your bmw Here is my bmw 318is coupe with a big twist. Installed it has a rebuilt sr20det engine from a s14 silvia running around 220hp. STILL REGISTERED AS A 318is so will be up to the new owner to change. The engine is standard apart from a huge front mount that has been tilted at an angle to keep its sleeper status. The sump is a one off custom made single piece with baffles inside ready for it to be chucked at silly angles and not suffer oil starvation. Custom engine mounts to sit on the original bmw sub frame. The car utilizes the nissan s14 gearbox with a custom prop-shaft. Custom gearbox mount. Brand new exedy clutch. It has had a new crank and bottom end, acl race bearings so no need to worry with the common bottom end knock. Brand new rocker arms (£60 each from nissan) some mint second hand cams (bought from garage-d) It has a uprated cosworth head gasket. Also a new walbro 255lph fuel pump. The original Silvia s14 loom is used and has been mated up to the original clocks do everything works apart from the temperature gauge, it does have a separate digital read out to tell you the engine coolant temp and also the boost charge temp. Its a cool little feature. I have a few 52mm gauges that I havent fitted that Ill throw in for free. The car is in good condition ideally needs a good mop with a buffer to blend the two new front wings into the rest of the body colour. It has a small amount of rust on the boot lid but only visible when opened, the boot has a small lip/spoiler off a e46. It has had all the brake pipes done and stainless steel braided hoses installed, I used dot5.1 brake fluid and done a full fluid change. I have a pair of front brake drilled and groved discs and brembo pads for the front, just for a little extra stopping power. It has a custom exhaust but ideally needs taking to a stainless exhaust place and a new system making as it is a frankenstein system with loads of mix and match pipes, only down fall to the car really. It has a scooby sti back box so keeps the car nice and sleeper quite. The interior is in good condition for its age but the head liner is sagging (replacement black headliner included) the drivers seat has wear and exposed padding, and the drivers door card has seen better days. All the carpets are clean and free of holes. The wheels are O.Z superleggeras in black. It has toyo t1r tyres all round with like new tread 225/45/17 ( could do with a repaint) This car is a true one off and everything is custom made. You could not build the car to anywhere near its standard at its price. Only reason for sale is that I just dont get to use it as much as I hoped so no point being sat around doing nothing for me It will be a great drift car if thats your thing or a brilliant track car
